Refund policy

At Diamondss Performance, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction. If you are not

completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item(s) in accordance with

the following policy.

1. Return Eligibility

Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.

Products must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

Items that are damaged, soiled, or not in resalable condition may not be accepted.

Sale items and personalized/custom products are not eligible for return.

For hygiene reasons, underwear and socks cannot be returned or exchanged.

Items purchased from third-party retailers must be returned directly to the place of

purchase and are subject to their return policies.

Gift cards are non-refundable.

2. Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service at info@diamondssperformance.com with your order number and reason for return.

Once approved, you will receive instructions on how to send back the item.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or

incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost or

undelivered returns.

Returns must be sent back in their original shipping box or a suitable alternative to prevent

damage in transit.If your return is not approved or does not meet our return criteria, we may send the item

back to you at your expense.

3. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of

your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed within 2-5 business days after approval.

Depending on your payment provider, funds may take:

5-10 business days for credit/debit card payments via Stripe.

2-10 business days for Vipps payments.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.

If a refund is issued to a credit or debit card that is no longer active, the customer must

contact their financial institution to retrieve the funds.

We do not refund any customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees paid during shipping.

4. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or item, please

return your original purchase and place a new order.

If the item you wish to exchange is out of stock, a refund will be processed instead.

5. Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at info@diamondssperformance.com with photos and details of the issue.

We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost.If a defective item is returned and found to be in normal working condition, we may send it back to you at your expense.

6. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

Underwear and socks (for hygiene reasons)

Items purchased from third-party retailers
